Day 1

Since nobody’s really going to read this but me, I don’t suppose I have to fancy it up much.
What I’ve eaten so far today (it is currently 1:10 p.m.) –
* Banana-pineapple smoothie (2 bananas, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 cup pineapple chunks, 2 T. hulled hempseeds)
* Kale chips (I think I ate an entire dehydrator tray full of them when they were done)
That’s it.
How I’m feeling –
* I’m not really too terribly hungry. Everyone is talking about hot wings, though (it’s SuperBowl Sunday), so it’s making me start to crave them a bit.
* I haven’t done much today, so that might explain why I’m not really hungry.
My plan for the rest of the day –
*A raw version of hot wing dip. Although regular hot sauce isn’t raw, and I don’t have time to order the raw one online and wait for it, I’m going to blend it with some raw cashew cheese, dill, onion powder (homemade from dehydrated raw onions!), garlic paste, basil, and a tad of sweetener, then mix it with some eggplant (peeled, cored, and run through the food processor a bit), and VOILA! Hot wing dip, a la raw! I plan on plowing through it with some celery sticks.
* LOTS of water. I don’t think I’ve had enough today. I drank a couple glasses earlier, but I’m feeling very thirsty.
* Amy Winehouse. I need to listen to more of her music. I’m feelin’ it right now.
If I can make it through the plan, I will have completely my very first day of being 100% raw… well, except the hot sauce. We just won’t count that for the moment, since raw alternatives are available for the future.
